it's too early to have assignments, right?

today is tuesday. the third day of class. another 7am class. urgh. linear programming. and my head just went blurry. because i woke up late. and i had to rush all the way from the fifth floor. thank goodness i wore sneakers today. it's easier to run.

our oh-so-kind lecturer had poured us with a 6-question assignment. with us having a less-than-10% knowledge about linear programming, what is there to answer, right? wrong! he's expecting us to cram up to the chilly library and find the questions and the answers all by ourselves. all he has to do is tell us the name of the book, the page and the question number. and all 6 questions are due 8am tomorrow. oh, isn't he awesome?

so, we went to the library at 11, after class, to have a glimpse on the questions. sadly, all copies of the books are already borrowed. guess everyone else got there way earlier than us. turns out, the library has only four copies of that book. how can it satisfy the need of 100+ mathematics students in less than 24 hours?

and we had to track down the borrower to borrow it, just to photostat the questions, for the sake to send the assignment in in time. it was heartbreaking, searching for the answers. we tried and tried our all, but to no avail. upset, we finally gave in at 5pm. we end up handing in the assignment today with a lot of empty spaces which was supposed to be the answers. because we felt that it was better to send in a half-done assignment, rather to have all the answers but with a risk of being it rejected for sending it late. one question, i, with a heavy heart, just copied the question. a huge blank was left unwritten.

our five heads were so messed up,
it shows in our study table and enviroment.

class starts at 11am tomorrow. hooray!

p/s: finally there's some guys worth looking in this campus.
